This 23ga nose screw has a small 2mm clear crystal at the front. It is made from 9ct white gold and has three tiny claws at the front which hold the crystal secure. At the back the 5mm screw section provides a firmer fit, whilst still being easy to insert and remove. The overall length of the pin is 7mm and this single stud weighs 0.06 grams.
