75cl / 12.5% - The eighth vintage of this English Chardonnay, made exclusively from grapes grown in Simpsons' vineyards in the North Downsâ Elham Valley. Nodding to Chablis this is unoaked, with precise minerality, a touch of salinity, lemon and lime peel and delicate melon, finishing with a finely structured mouthfeel.
