Our seaweed bacon is 100% organic seaweed that turns into (green) bacon when fried. Put it on anything that deserves a crunchy, salty, smoky kick.

PreparationHeat 2tbsp of oil in a pan (the temperature is right when little bubbles appear around a wooden spoon).

Fry leaves until they turn green and crispy (10-20 seconds).

Other options: oven baking, stir through warm dishes, soak and use in salads.
