On arrival, you’ll enjoy a welcome G&T each, and a knowledgeable member of the Gin Lab will talk you through all things gin, including the different methods of distillation. You’ll then go onto sampling a variety of distillates, all of which offer a unique range of botanicals and flavour profiles. Once you’ve tried them all, you’ll put your teamwork to the test as you and your lab partner will create your very own gin. Based on your preferred flavour profiles and ingredients, your experience guide will help you and your partner create your recipe, which you’ll be able to enjoy in a G&T.
