70cl / 40% - A 1975 vintage XO Cognac from historic house Chateau de Beaulon. They are specialists in ageing cognac for at least twice the legal limit in both Limousin and Tronçais oak. This is a soft cognac with complex notes of candied fruit and vanilla.
