Description

75cl / 12.5% - A beautiful biodynamic Gruner Veltliner from Niederösterreich in Austria. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel before undergoing malolactic fermentation with elevation on the lees. This wine was then bottled without filtration or sulphur. A great pairing with smoked fish or light pasta dishes, this wine has notes of stone and baked fruits, with mineral and white pepper notes.
