70cl / 40% - A Mexican rum from Chiapas in Mexico, made with a mixture of column and pot still distillation before aging for 6 years in Chiapas and American oak. The distinctive bottle is apparently based on the tsantsas (shrunken heads) of the indigenous Shuar people. With notes of coffee, allspice, cinnamon and caramel. this rum is as suited to sipping as it is to classic tiki cocktails.
