70cl / 57.8% / Berry Bros & Rudd - From the under-appreciated Highland distillery Glencadam, comes this single cask bottling at cask strength from the venerable Bery Bros. & Rudd. Laid down in 2011 and matured for 14 years in a hoghead with a muscat finish, this is exuberant from the off with peaches, sweet mango, vanilla and honey. The palate is mouthcoating, with more ripe stone fruit, toffee sauce and spice, continuing juicy and tropical into the finish.
