Trolling among the rows of vines, you’ll learn how the grapes are nurtured with respect and consideration for the land and wildlife that live within the vineyard. You’ll then head to the winery and cellar, where the magic of winemaking unfolds. From grape to glass, you’ll see behind the scenes of the entire process, learning how traditional craftsmanship meets modern techniques to create wines that capture the character of Norfolk’s unique terroir. You’ll then taste four signature wines. First is the Skylark Demi-sec which is a gorgeous sparkling wine with a sweeter profile, and then Swift which is the Schoenburger, a still white with tropical aromatics and a light pear flavour. You’ll then move onto Redwing - the elegant rose, bursting with strawberry and apple, and Chaffinch - the pinot noir (a light red with cherry undertones).

You’ll be taken through the flavours and stories of each wine by the expert host. Additionally, you'll tuck into a delicious lunch platter using the finest local produce.
