70cl / 58.1% / Adelphi - An unpeated 10-year-old from the very promising Glasgow Distillery, this single cask release was matured in a virgin oak hogshead before bottling by Adelphi. The effect of that lovely wood is definitely discernible, as cinnamon and cigar box notes join fresh orange, rum and raisin, caramel, dark chocolate and a hint of leather, before a rich, spiced finish.
