70cl / 58.9% - A 2007 St Lucia rum from Plantation, matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 11 years in St Lucia before being finished for a further two years in a Ferrand French oak cask in France. Aromas of oak spice, apples, pineapple and white pepper fill the nose. The palate offers notes of papaya, orange, leather, red berries, pine needles and black pepper.
