75cl / 12% - This 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from the Côte des Bar is rich and supple on the palate with attractive notes of raspberry, cranberry and citrus oils. Three years ageing on the lees – and a further 12 months under cork – has contributed a creamy texture along with hints of honey and baked apple.
