It works especially well on larger houses and older buildings, helping to create a sense of balance and proportion. Formulated as a smooth acrylic exterior masonry t, it is suitable for stone, brickwork, pebble-dashed surfaces, and general masonry. Permacryl Technology for lasting protection: Fleetwood Weatherclad is built around Permacryl™ Technology, a biocide-based formula that resists microbial attack and provides up to 18 years durability under real-world conditions. The Triple Lock Protection system guards against cracking, peeling, and flaking while delivering resistance to dirt, mould, algae, ultraviolet radiation, and staining. With a VOC of just 4g/l, it is a low-odour option suited to occupied properties. Coverage and application: Each litre covers approximately 12m², and the t can be applied by brush, roller, spray, or airless spray. It is touch-dry and shower-proof within 30 minutes, with recoating possible after 2 to 4 hours. Full cure is reached after 7 to 10 days. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C. Clean up with soap and water.
