It replaces wood adhesives, PU adhesives, silicone sealants, sanitary silicone, acrylic sealants, and butyl rubber sealants, reducing the number of products needed on site or at home. Bonds in wet conditions and underwater: CT1 can be applied to damp surfaces and bonds reliably even when fully submerged, making it suitable for plumbing repairs, marine maintenance, and outdoor construction work in all weather. The service temperature range once cured runs from -40°C to 120°C, and it performs in all salt-water environments. Safe, low-odour, and environmentally considered: CT1 is 100% VOC free, solvent-free, and contains no isocyanates or petrochemicals. It holds EC1 Plus Clear Air Certification with an A+ Indoor Air Comfort GOLD® rating and is approved by the Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association (NAAF), making it suitable for use in environments where medically vulnerable persons are present. The cartridge itself is made from 80% recycled materials. Colour stability and tability: The white formulation is UV resistant, retaining its colour after application without yellowing. Once fully cured, CT1 can be overted with all common water-based ts, though it is not compatible with Alkyd ts.
