It bonds with all metals including lead, glass, mirrors, all woods, MDF, polystyrene, fibreglass, tiles, concrete, most stones, and most synthetic materials and plastics - excluding PP, PE, and PTFE. Exceptional Strength and Flexibility: CT1 is up to 360% stronger than a traditional Hybrid Polymer and offers 250% more flexibility, with a bond strength of 270 N/cm² comparable to an aluminium weld. It expands up to 350% without breaking, making it highly resistant to vibration, movement, and stress. Once cured, it performs reliably from -40°C to +120°C. Safe, Odourless, and Environmentally Certified: CT1 is 100% VOC-free, contains no solvents, no isocyanates, and no petrochemicals. It carries EC1 Plus Clear Air Certification, A+ Indoor Air Comfort GOLD® certification, NAAF approval (Norwegian Asthma and Allergy Association), and ISEGA food-preparation certification. It can be ted over with most water-based products once fully cured. Wet Conditions and Underwater Use: CT1 can be applied on damp surfaces in wet conditions and will bond even when applied completely underwater - making it suitable for emergency repairs to leaking pipes, gutters, ponds, and marine applications.
