75cl / 12.5% - A grower based in the Tours-sur-Marne a the western end of the Marne Valley. The nose is rich and fruity with green apple and what feels like a touch of coconut. The palate is full of ripe fruit with dried apricot and mango but with a savoury twist on the finish. A good food Champagne that would cope as well with white meat as it would with fish.
