75cl / 12.5% - This Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with the addition of 50% reserve wines from a perpetual aging system started in 1982. On the nose there are lovely light floras, with aromas of apple, pear and a hint of lemon. The palate has a light mineral touch with lemon verbena and yellow fruits.
