75cl / 12% - The 2015-vintage RSRV Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Maison Mumm is made exclusively with Grand Cru grapes from the beautifully chalky soils of Cramant - a Grand Cru in the Cote des Blanc. It is a classic Cramant with lovely lifted minerality, delicate florals, green apple and a zest of lime. The palate has notes of clementine, a touch of baked hay and a zesty lime finish with a gentle fizz. This is the perfect accompaniment to freshly shucked oysters.
