70cl / 50.7% / Signatory - This 30-year-old shows Tomintoul’s elegant side with richer sherry influence from the use of a first-fill oloroso butt. Expect dried figs, toffee and fruitcake, with dark honey, cinnamon and roasted hazelnuts on the palate. A long, warming finish carries vanilla and gentle oak tannins.
