70cl / 60.9% / Distillery Bottling - Octomore, the annual exploration of peat from the Islay distillery Bruichladdich is returned! 17.3 was made entirely from barley grown at the Octomore farm a few miles from the distillery and peated to an incredible 132.1ppm. Matured in Sauternes, Ribera Del Duero, Syrah, eiswein and bourbon casks, the immense peat levels are tempered by crème caramel, fresh fruit and toasted spice notes.
