Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka

70cl / 40% - A clean, fruity vodka from Discarded Spirits Co, made using pomace – the skins, stems and seeds of grapes used left-over from the wine-making process – to distill the vodka, alongside wine-alcohol left-over from the making of alcohol-free wine. This creates notes of Williams pear, guava, green apples and almond croissants on the palate.
