50cl / 40% - A blend of incredibly mature eaux-de-vie, made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Grande Champagne cru and aged for 35 years. Aromas of tobacco leaf, sliced pear and bitter orange fill the nose, leading to notes of toasted oak, nutmeg and crystallised ginger on the palate.
