70cl / 55% - This is the first single-estate rum from Mount Gay and the inaugural bottling in an annual series which showcases the Barbadian terroir. Molasses from estate-grown sugarcane was harvested in both 2016 and 2017 and fermented, distilled, matured and blended on-site. In the glass, it has a light golden hue, with aromas of baked pear, freshly cut flowers and dried fruit on the nose, complemented by notes of roasted pineapple, leather and anise on the palate.
