70cl / 55.1% - A special-release rum from El Dorado produced at Diamond distillery in Guyana, using a Versailles wooden pot still and finished in ex-dry Madeira casks. There are aromas of clementine and lemon peel on the nose, leading to notes of peach, crème brulee and hints of woody spice on the palate.
