70cl / 55.3% - This rum was produced at Diamond distillery in Guyana and finished in white Port casks, which helped to create a spicy character with dried fruit flavours. Expect aromas of white peach and apricot which give way to vanilla and cinnamon on the nose, leading to notes of baking spice on the palate.
