70cl / 51.3% - A 1998 Caroni rum from bottler Bristol Classic Rums, made at Trinidad's famous ghost distillery and matured in both Trinidad and the UK until it was bottled in 2022. The nose brings classic Caroni aromas of wood spices and diesel, complemented on the palate by notes of dried fruit, treacle toffee, toasted oak, warm spices and dry oak that linger in the finish.
