70cl / 48% - A magnificent harmony of Irish and French craftmanship, this whiskey was finished for three years in Troncais oak casks. Master distiller Kevin O’Gorman explored the Troncais forests – established in the 1600s to help supply wood for ships – and got to work sourcing the highest-grade oak casks, which are renowned for their fine grain and delicate spicy flavours.
