70cl / 40% - Blue Weber agave is gently squeezed to reduce bitterness and to help illuminate the plants sweet character. This Tequila reposado is rested for three months in ex-Pinot Noir and ex-Cabernet Sauvignon casks, which imparted a rich and spicy character. There are aromas of green apples, milk chocolate, baked pumpkin and roasted cloves on the nose, leading to notes of peaches, cream and honeycomb on the palate.
