70cl / 46% - This rich, fruity single malt from Boann distillery in Co. Mead was first aged in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing for a minimum of nine months in Pedro Ximenez casks. The nose offers a bouquet of dried fruits and berries, candied oranges and sticky brown sugar. On the palate, these aromas are joined by notes of leather, walnuts and citrus, with a chocolaty finish that whispers ‘PX I love you.’
