70cl / 40% - This sugarcane based spirit from the village of Tarasco is distilled in pot-stills and matured in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of two years. Cordyceps mushrooms are then added to the cask for an additional three months, which gives this charanda a big burst of umami flavour.
