70cl / 40% - The Flying Dutchman Rum from Zuidam Distillery is crafted from molasses, fermented for two weeks at low temperatures, and distilled three times in a copper pot still. Aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels, this rum offers rich and complex notes of tropical fruit, toasted oak, crème brûlée, and toffee apple.
