70cl / 40% - Cognac’s smallest cru, Borderies has heavy clay-limestone soils and produces elegant, floral and nutty spirit. This is eau-de-vie that takes well to age and this single cru blend from Martell is no exception. It was aged for a minimum of 14 years and displays rich fruit cake notes with clove, dried apricot, honeycomb, leather and tobacco.
