70cl / 40% - Aged for many years, this Cognac from Guillon-Painturaud is made solely with eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne. Years in French oak casks have created notes of candied orange peel, lemon curd, poached pears, vanilla and sweet oak throughout the palate and lingering in the finish, making this a great accompaniment to Tarte Tatin.
