Description

Chestnut Copper Gilt Cream Key Features: Traditionally gilt cream has been used by restorers for re-gilding antiques or on picture frames to give a solid metallic finish. More recently, this easy to use paste has been used to give a decorative effect, enhancing open grained timbers by ebonising them and then applying the cream to the grain. It is particularly effective when used in conjunction with ebonsing lacquer.
