Finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks carefully selected by legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker and bottled at cask strength, this whisky is an excellent representation of an aged Speyside dram. Rich and complex, aromas of mocha, dried orange peel, honeycomb, and cinnamon are matched with flavours of black cherries, dark chocolate, ginger candy, treacle, and plums.
