70cl / 42% - The Pachechos family have been making Charanda for more than 113 years, this release uses sugar cane grown at an altitude of 1270 metres.
The juice is then fermented in wooden vats with wild yeast, before distilling and maturing in a n ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
