70cl / 56% - This white Agricole rum was made from 10% overripe sugar cane and 90% fresh sugar cane. This is an incredibly complex spirit, with aromas of liquorice root, brown sugar and grass on the nose, leading to a full and oily palate with zippy citrus notes, star anise and warm pastries on the finish.
