70cl / 45% / Bristol Classic Rum - A 2010-vintage Port Mourant rum from Bristol Classic Rum that was made at Diamond distillery and matured in refill American oak until it was bottled in 2021. Aromas of star anise, raspberries, pineapple, vanilla and honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of oak spice, toffee, mango, black pepper and vanilla throughout the palate.
