70cl / 41.5% - Wild Oxen White Rum is made in the heart of Oxfordshire. This is a British rum made by fermenting cane sugar for seven days and distilled in Big Phil – a hybrid pot and column still. You’ll find notes of white chocolate mice, dried coconut husks and burnt sugar with hints of cracked black pepper and a sweet thread of liquorice.
