75cl / 55% - Unlike the majority of spirits and liqueurs, Chartreuse will continue to develop for many decades after bottling. This mid-20th century bottling of Green Chartreuse has had ample time to grow more concentrated and flavoursome under cork. Expect lots of sage, bay and tarragon giving way in time to notes of church incense, celery leaf and honey. Truly exceptional.
