70cl / 43% - A gently smoky single malt that has been matured for at least 12 years in a combination of casks from Hakushu distillery, on the forested slopes of Mount Kaikomagatake. Fresh aromas of acacia honey, ripe grapefruit, leafy herbs and tendrils of smoke fill the nose, followed by layers of sage, vibrant green apples, pineapple, crisp smoke and green citrus throughout the palate.
