70cl / 50% - Tsunuki distillery on the island of Kyushu was established in 2016 by Hombo Shuzo, following the opening of the Nagano-based Shinshu distillery in 2011. This lightly peated, rich single malt is made with whiskies distilled in 2016 and 2017, and aged exclusively in ex-bourbon casks.
