For this unique white wine, the grapes were left on the vines for 21 days after the main harvest to naturally develop a touch of extra sweetness. The wine was then aged for four months on the lees in American oak barrels, enhancing its texture and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with aromatic notes
