70cl / 45.7% - This small batch spirit is made from Papalometl agaves â also known as Tobala. The agaves were roasted in an earthen oven for up to six days and fermented in vessels lined with bull hides. You will find notes of honeycomb, petrichor and leather, with hints of fresh cream and barley.
