70cl / 65% - Craft distilled in Pontarlier, France, this absinthe is made with locally-grown wormwood and is distilled from a Chardonnay grape-based spirit. The aroma is fresh and clean, with a slightly briny, spicy edge, while the palate opens with notes of sweet grapes and herbal undertones. This develops into spiced anise and fennel, with a minty edge from the Pontarlier wormwood.
