75cl / 13.5% - Winemaker Raymond Julien works old vines from the Minervois region of the Languedoc. This wine is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes from 50-year-old vines and displays a concentrated dark fruit character. The bouquet holds aromas of blueberry, hedgerow fruit and a wisp of smoke, leading to notes of roasted meat, cassis and wild herbs on the palate. Try this with a meat stew or roasted vegetable lasagne.
