75cl / 13.5% - A fruity red of the under-appreciated Cabernet Franc varietal, this is made with grapes from organically farmed, 30-50 year old vines. The nose is full of red cherries, plums and some blackcurrant leaf. Delicious and classy and works wonderfully with roast duck.
