70cl / 40% - This bright, clean Espadin mezcal from Baltazar Cruz Gómez shows a gently herbaceous edge and notes of lemon, ginger and fresh agave. Made traditionally in San Luis del Río – pit-roasted, hand-crushed, pine-fermented and copper-distilled – it’s quietly expressive and well suited to sipping or mixing.
