Corte Vetusto Tobala Mezcal

Description

70cl / 44.3% - An old-fashioned and aromatic mezcal from Corte Vetusto, made from rare tobala agave. These small plants are cooked in a conical stone pit fired with mesquite, before being crushed by a tahona – stone wheel – fermented with wild yeast and then distilled first in copper and then in clay stills. A unique process that creates a spirit run through with fragrant smoke, floral notes and sweet honey.
