70cl / 50.1% / Distillery Bottling - This whisky bursts with a sweet barbecue smoke and notes of seaweed, cooked meats, polished oak, heather, and salted dark chocolate. This richness and balance was achieved through maturation in oloroso, pedro ximenez, Bordeaux wine and quarter casks.
